ME, MYSELF AND I is a children’s workshop where participants will explore storytelling through movement and crafting a small archive of their life. The workshop will begin with a fun movement ice breaker to get participants fully connected with each other’s identity and will conclude with the sharing of a favorite memory connected to a part of the body. It is through this privilege of having the ability to touch, taste, and hear, that allows us to recall memories and create stories that are later stored within ourselves.
